Mini Accordian file

This project is featured as the challenge over at the Magnolia-licious Highlites blog. This project also fits in to the Just Magnolia challenge for anything but a card.

This project was fun and easy to make. I was surprised how quickly I was able to put it together. The project was selected by Diana Crick, designer of Scor-Pal and owner of the greatest Maggie store in America. Check it out here.

I chose pink papers from my stash. I stamped Tilda twice, one for coloring and one for her outfit. I placed her in front of the little picket fence and added some flower soft to the flowers. I added a couple of buttons at the top, placed them on top of flowers and threaded through ribbon. For the little buckle I added pink rhinestones in each of the little 'pits' (they fit perfectly) to make it pink. I also added them to the strap to make it look like a belt.

Here is a close up of Tilda. As my coloring skills develop I'm noticing that what looks good to the naked eye may not look good in the camera lens. Kind of looks like Tilda has a white streak down her face but it really isn't, just a lighter shade. Gonna have to work on that going forward.

Here is a side profile of the file folder.

Hope you enjoyed visiting and would love it if you leave me a comment, I love hearing what others have to say.
