Dino-Mite

Look at this new set from Digital Delights. This is Dino-Mite.

Dino Mite Set

It’s been a long time since I have colored any Digital Delights digi’s, life always gets in the way and we sometimes have to give up things we like. Wendy recently had a design team call and I thought why not, let’s try again and guess what? I am one of the lucky ones to receive a 6 month term …. woohoo!!! So happy to be coloring these again.

So, here is my coloring of Dino-Mite. I chose the uncolored version and made my own background using Spellbinders M-Bossabilities EL-015.

DD DinoMite

I used the following Copics:

  • W3, Y26, YR21, YR31, YR30, R59, R29, R27, R24, R22

Timeless Treasures

Today starts a new challenge at Totally Tilda. Along with it being a new challenge it is also the last challenge. Totally Tilda has been around for 5 years and I am proud to say that I have been on the DT for several of those years. It has been great to meet the wonderful DT and of course Susie has been a great boss lady!

We are very Kindly Sponsored by Simon Says Stamp.

Light through the trees

Wow! Is this a tough challenge for me!! I am so thankful to Zoe for pushing me into un-chartered territory but it sure does take a lot of head scratching at times.

Have you seen the new collection at Make it Crafty? It is perfect for this challenge, lots of trees and landscapes. Check it out here.

MiC June Tree

Even though the challenge is light through the trees mine didn't turn out like I had imagined however there is shadow on the ground. We are all different skill levels so I resigned myself to it being OK but let me tell you, we have some amazing artists on this team so be sure to come on over to the store gallery and check out all of the DT creations. We also encourage you to come over to the Facebook group and play along.

Bikini Betty

Time for a new anything goes challenge over at Sugar and Betty’s challenge blog.

For my card I used Bikini Betty. She is available over in the That Craft Place Etsy shop. Check her out as well as the tons of other adorable digital images.

Betty Bikini

I printed her on to Make it Colour blending card and cut her out on my Silhouette Cameo before coloring. Still learning how to do this but so much quicker than cutting it out with scissors!

Betty Bikini

I colored her with the following Copics

  • Skin – E04, E11, E00, E000, R11
  • Boots and sunglass lenses – C8, C6, C4, C2
  • Bikini, sunglass frame and boot ties – Y17, Y13, Y00, YR18, YR16
  • Hair – E09, E08, E15, YR27, E11

Thanks for stopping by and visiting and be sure to come on over to the challenge blog, you have a whole month to enter!
